Below is a video from a special fundraiser held on Tuesday, June 29th at Azukar Restaurant at 1616 J Street in Sacramento.  The event was put together by colleagues of Lyon Real Estate agent Steve Pop for his family and “Baby Elle”.  More information can be found on our dedicated page for “Baby Elle” and her family’s efforts to treat her Junctional Epidermolysis Bullosa Herlitz through a clinical trial at University of Minnesota Medical Center.  This was a very moving event and the turnout and generosity was overwhelming.

“Shamrock Bowl” Post Event Photos

Our second charity bowling tournament with net proceeds benefiting Catastrophic Aid for Real Estate (C.A.R.E.) was held on March 16th, 2010 and was a huge success. Participants had a great time and we raised over $1,000 to the benefit of our non-profit organization.

PCAR Monte Carlo Night – April 16, 2010

We are pleased to announce the PCAR Monte Carlo Night fundraiser, with proceeds going to C.A.R.E.

The event will be April 16th, 2010 @ 6:00PM at the Placer County Association of REALTORS in Rocklin.

Costs are $30/person and $50/couple or 10 tickets for $200.

“Lucky Shamrock” Bowling – March 16, 2010

We are pleased to announce our second bowling tournament, with net proceeds going to C.A.R.E.

This event, the “Lucky Shamrock” bowling tournament, will be on Tuesday, March 16th (the day before St. Patrick’s Day).

In November, with our first event, we sold out tickets to the one session in 24 hours (12 lanes with 4 bowlers per team, so 48 players).  With this event, we will have two session in order to better try to accommodate the demand.

Session One will be from 9:30-11:30 and Session Two will be from 12:30-2:30 with a shared one-hour lunch in-between (note: Session Two SOLD OUT as of 02/19/02).  Special thanks to MetroList for providing lunch for both sessions!

“12th Annual Chili Feed” Post Event Photos

Lyon Real Estate hosted its 12th Annual Chili Feed event in Fair Oaks this week, the net proceeds of which benefit C.A.R.E. (Catastrophic Aid for Real Estate) and Salvation Army CanTree.  Tremendous thanks to all who supported and attended this event, which led to a fantastic result.

We had a fantastic turn out and participants had a great time.  Based on preliminary estimates, we raised over $20,000 to the benefit the two non-profit organizations.  A detailed announcement will be made soon.

12th Annual Chili Feed – EDCAR Bus Trip

As already announced (see “12th Annual Chili Feed – November 18th, 2009“), our 12th Annual Chili Feed & Silent Auction will be held at Lyon Real Estate in Fair Oaks on November 18th, with proceeds going to both Salvation Army CanTree and C.A.R.E.

As was the case last year, we have arranged for a bus to take a group from El Dorado Hills for the event.  All details can be found on the flyer below.  Space is limited, so please be sure to register soon if you would like to participate.
