12th Annual Chili Feed – EDCAR Bus Trip

As already announced (see “12th Annual Chili Feed – November 18th, 2009“), our 12th Annual Chili Feed & Silent Auction will be held at Lyon Real Estate in Fair Oaks on November 18th, with proceeds going to both Salvation Army CanTree and C.A.R.E.

As was the case last year, we have arranged for a bus to take a group from El Dorado Hills for the event.  All details can be found on the flyer below.  Space is limited, so please be sure to register soon if you would like to participate.

“Turkey Bowl” Post Event Video

Our first bowling tournament – hosted by EDCAR with net proceeds benefiting C.A.R.E. (Catastrophic Aid for Real Estate) was held on November 3rd, 2009 and was a huge success. Participants had a great time and we raised over $1,000 to the benefit of our non-profit organization.

Women’s Council of Realtors is presenting a Family Fall Carnival in Rocklin at the PCAR Event Center on Saturday, October 25th from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. All proceeds will benefit C.A.R.E.

C.A.R.E. “Passport Weekend” in Fair Play – June 28th & 29th

The Event

The purchase of each $35 ticket provides each adult with a single use passport for each of four wineries for wine tasting. These wineries include Perry Creek, Iverson Vineyards & Winery, Windwalker Vineyard, and Conti Estate.

A separate ticket is included for each winery for use on Saturday or Sunday (your choice).

Also included is a fifth ticket for a meal at Conti Estate.

Event sponsor Shari and the Berry Factory will also be providing “edible art” at the Perry Creek winery:

Each participant/group can choose to go to each winery in the order they select, on their own time.

Local artists will be at each winery with original works and prints, and all locations will have live music.

Participants will also be able to buy raffle tickets for donated prizes.
